The upper room of the chalet at Granite Peak was named for the World War II famed 10th Mountain Division Thursday. Among the area residents who were originally troops in the division, four took part in the ceremonies. Pictured next to a glass case displaying some of the division’s souvenoirs are Russell “Spike” Berg,82, from left, Chuck Luedtke, 81, Dr. Bryard L. Giroulx, 82, all of Wausau and Al Berens, 84, of Stevens Point.
